		<description>I second the Calvin and Hobbs stress reliever. I read it before I went to bed each night for almost the whole first semester of my senior year. Another suggestion I would make is to watch one episode of the Office. Laughing is a good stress reliever</description>

some good de-stressers I’ve employed:
-pray lots and with other people
-write down all the things you’re thinking/worrying about
-tackle the problems one by one (baby-steps)
-sleep :) (my favorite)</description>
